hars.ai is a fully digital service. Nothing is shipped physically.

1. Subscriptions

Your plan is activated on your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. You'll see the new plan and its minutes on the Billing page and receive a receipt by email.

2. Films

  • Films are delivered in your browser: when a render finishes it appears in your Projects, ready to play and download as an MP4.
  • Typical render times range from a few minutes for a short film to longer for long or 3D films; the project page shows live progress.
  • Your films stay available to download until you delete them or your account.

3. If something doesn't arrive

If your plan isn't active within 30 minutes of payment, or a film doesn't finish, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your account email and payment or project ID. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refunds.
