Privacy Policy

• Account data: your name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash) or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google, and whether your email is confirmed.
• Content: the ideas, scripts and settings you submit, the scripts we generate, narration audio, the films, stills and logs produced while making them.
• Billing data: your plan, subscription status and payment history. Card, UPI and bank details are collected and stored by our payment provider, not by us.
• Usage and technical data: seconds of film used, render history, IP address, browser and device information, and security logs (for example sign-in attempts).
• Messages: emails you send us and emails we send you (such as confirmation and password-reset emails).

• To run the service: create your account, make your films, show progress, deliver downloads and enforce plan limits.
• To bill you and prevent fraud and abuse, including checking content against our Acceptable Use Policy.
• To communicate with you: account emails, receipts, renewal notices required by law, and support.
• To keep the service secure and improve reliability, using aggregated usage data.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use your content to train AI models. Legal bases (where GDPR applies): contract (running the service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product improvement), legal obligation (tax and accounting records) and consent (optional marketing emails).

We share data only with providers that help us run the service, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• Anthropic (United States): AI models that write scripts and the code for each frame. Receives your ideas, scripts and settings.
• ElevenLabs (United States): text-to-speech narration. Receives the narration text.
• [Razorpay (India) / Stripe (United States)]: payments and subscriptions. Receives billing and payment data.
• [EMAIL PROVIDER, e.g. Resend (United States)]: transactional email. Receives your email address and message content.
• [HOSTING PROVIDER] and [STORAGE PROVIDER, e.g. Cloudflare R2]: hosting, database and file storage for your account and films.
• Search providers used during research for idea-based scripts receive search queries derived from your idea, not your account details.

We may disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition (with notice to you).

Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. [Lawyer to confirm for your markets.]

• Your projects and films are kept until you delete them or your account.
• Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) permanently deletes your account, projects, films and files, and cancels any active subscription. Backups roll off within [30] days.
• We keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires ([8] years in India), and security logs for up to [90] days.
• Our AI and voice providers retain data under their own policies (for example, for abuse monitoring) as described in their terms.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure your session. We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner: strictly necessary cookies don't need one. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, access is limited to what staff need, and the code the AI writes for your film runs in an isolated sandbox. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and regulators of a personal data breach where the law requires.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 or US state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a regulator. You can delete your account yourself; for anything else email [PRIVACY EMAIL]. We respond within the time the law requires.

The service is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

We will post changes here and notify you of material changes by email.
